That was wonderful old hotel set in picturesque area, just off quiet garden where one can find a private spot to unwind as well as all the restaurants. The breakfast was tasty with eggs cooked to order and a magnificent spread and fresh options, perfect to start our day.
Well, no swimming pool.

the convenient location - it is within walking distance of restaurants and the beach and a couple of hiking trails. The view of the lagoon from the reception rooms is very good.
the fact that people smoke in the bedrooms evidenced by the fact of the smell and the provision of ashtrays. both rooms were terribly stuffy and hadn't been aired.

Although the comfort of the rooms were good, the linen on the single beds are small and do not tuck in properly. The breakfast buffet is always good and the toasted chicken mayo of room service.
The location of the TV - should rather be on tv shelf higher up on the wall. The flooring/carpets could be upgraded

Staff was friendly and cute .
The bathroom in our room was not clean at all. There were remnants of soap marks in the shower caddy and the floor was dirty. We didn't have enough towels for the three of us, even though the room was meant for four guests.

Hi guys, you need to update yourselves with what is happening at the Hotels you service. I contacted your call centre last month to inform you that this hotel is closed. I spoke to Brittany and she experienced the same problems I did and assured me that she would let management know that this hotel is closed. I also passed by this hotel on my trip this week and there is a sign on the front door that the Hotel is closed till further notice.

I loved the scenery. The setting is beautiful. There is a lot to do outside and it caters for children.
We did not have warm water in our bathroom. This was extremely dissapointing especially as it was raining and cold. We logged a complaint the 1st night of our stay but by the time we left the situation had not changed.I expected the warm water pool to be under cover. This would have provided us with something to do while it was raining. It also makes more sense to have it under cover.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lagoon, beach, and various restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and very affordable. The staff were super friendly, especially when we mentioned the noise from children in the hallway-they quickly moved us to a quieter room, which we really appreciated.
i do recommend.

Staff were friendly and approachable. The size of the room is wonderful for families with kids. Food was great and serving time was accomodative to holiday makers.
I was staying in a no smoking room but I could smell cigarets smoke from other rooms and I am not complaining because it was guests non compliance to no smoking. I wish the spa was open I could have use their service during my stay at Wilderness Resort Hotel.

Had a very nice stay for the December holidays, everything was excellent. Accommodating and very courteous staff members provided a few recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the standard family room with nice balcony. The breakfast we ordered was tasty with eggs cooked to order, a magnificent spread.
